Celebrities who quit Twitter

The power of social media is constantly growing and today even political figures have their own accounts on these web sites. As we have seen, Twitter can be quite addicting but at the same time tricky for many celebrities. That’s why some of them stopped using it. But quitting is not always permanent as certain stars eventually changed their minds and started tweeting again. Here are some famous Twitter quitters.

The hot tempered actor has quit Twitter on a handful of occasions. In June, he fired off angry tweets after a British reporter accused his wife, Hilaria Thomas, of tweeting during James Gandolfini’s funeral. After the incident, the actor decided to delete his account. He told Vanity Fair: “I really learned a lesson at the funeral. I said to myself, This is all a waste of time. Meaning it’s fun sometimes, but less and less, and less. It’s just another chink in your armor for people to come and kill you. I stopped and said to myself, I’m going to try where I just don’t do this anymore.”

Social networks is a great loss! People spend so much tine in front of the screen, showing off their pictures and commenting on their life events, boasting, complaining, sharing news, etc. What ahs happened t the face-to-face communication? It is given a second role after the great rise of social networks and dating sites industry. I won’t be surprised if people will make babies by the computes soon. LOL. People, look around, you make your private information a public property. Why everyone should know what is on your mind, what mood are you in today, besides your friends and family. Public people should also keep their private life private! It is impossible to love everyone and be good to everyone; at last, we are not green banknotes to be loved by everyone on earth!
