Chris Tucker definitely knows how to make money on the real estate market. The Rush Hour star made a nice profit selling his LA mansion. He sold the property for $2.1 million and earned $1 million by doing so. Chris bought the house back in 1996 and paid $1,113,500 for it. Although he waited for two years for the right buyer to come, it was obviously worth it. The actor’s 6,399 square foot house has five bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, a spa, a pool, high ceilings, French doors and balconies. This money will sure come in handy considering his unpaid taxes.
