39-year-old actress Elizabeth Banks says she has no idea how her Hunger Games: Catching Fire co-star Jennifer Lawrence copes with fame at such young age.
Elizabeth admits she wouldn’t be able to deal with that kind of attention and is thankful that she looks so different ”on screen”, so people don’t recognize her that often.
”I have a little less heat on me because I am so recognizable on screen, thank goodness,” Banks said. ”I can’t imagine what it’s like for Jennifer Lawrence every day. Being that young, I just don’t know how she copes with all the attention.”
The actress is grateful that her rise to the top went step by step.
”I have had ‘moments’ before, but they haven’t changed my life dramatically. I am very much a ‘slow and steady wins the race’ kind of person,” Elizabeth added.
I cannot understand whether Elizabeth Banks is jealous to Jeniffer’s fame or feels pity for her and is a very caring actress. I hope that Jenny can tell us how she copes with all this fame. I am happy that such a talented and many-sided actress has become famous overnight. I like the Hunger Games movie and I am looking for the second movie with much anticipation.
