Jessica Alba: I don't want to be stay-at-home mom
Attending Human Rights Campaign’s Time to Thrive event in Las Vegas yesterday, Ellen Page has revealed she is gay.
The actress hopes her coming out will help others, but also feels relieved that she doesn’t have to hide anymore.
She said: ”I’m here today because I’m gay,” Page said. ”And because maybe I can make a difference – to help others have an easier and more hopeful time. Regardless, for me, I feel a personal obligation and a social responsibility. I also do it selfishly, because I am tired of hiding and I am tired of lying by omission. I suffered for years because I was scared to be out. My spirit suffered, my mental health suffered and my relationships suffered. And I’m standing here today, with all of you, on the other side of all that pain.”
Well, quiet shocking news. Gay!!! Well, I thought the right name for it was lesbian, but never mind! Well, I am happy to hear that Ellen Page feels much better today that she doesn’t have to hide. I will restrain from my opinion about gays and lesbians. We live in a crazy democratic world, you know what I am talking about.
Such a young beautiful lady and a gay? I also hear the notion gay referred to a lady for the first time. Well, the fashion changes for the names as well as for the orientations. Well, this is her choice. I am happy she is happy not and feels much better not hiding the fact of her being homosexual. If this is what makes her happy – then why not? Who am I to judge? Only God can judge us!
