Gerard Depardieu didn’t make it to the court again. He didn’t show up because he is currently in the USA where he is filming a movie, as his lawyer explained. The actor was charged with drunken driving after the incident that took place in November 2012 when he toppled over on his scooter in Paris.

This is not the first time Depardieu skipped a hearing. He didn’t make it for the one scheduled for January either. The next hearing will be held on May 24 and there will be some new evidence about the case. The actor is facing a $5,700 fine if charged.
