Initial reports regarding Harrison Ford’s onset injury suggested the actor would take four weeks off from filming Star Wars: Episode VII, but now it seems he will be out of action for six months.

Ford broke his leg after he was crushed by the Star Wars spacecraft Millennium Falcon. He had a surgery and now he needs rehab treatment.

A source told The Sun: “Shooting is continuing, but Harrison won’t be back for months… the film company is looking into extending filming well into the second half of this year to allow Ford time to get back on his feet.”
