Jaycee, the son of Jackie Chan, was arrested in Beijing on drug-related charges.

The 32-year-old movie star’s son and his friend Kai Ko were detained by police last Thursday after testing positive for marijuana. Both Jaycee and Ko have admitted to using the drug and are in custody.

Several celebrities have been detained on drug charges since Beijing’s widening campaign targeting celebrity drug abuse started. Municipal Anti-Drug Office deputy director Jin Zhihai said: ”If there is an increased crackdown on drugs, the number of celebrity offenders will also rise.”
