Jennifer Aniston: Yoga Keeps Me Calm

She discovered the power of yoga thanks to her long-time friend and instructor Mandy Ingber. The limb bending discipline is now helping the actress get ready for her wedding with Justin Theroux.

“Yoga kinda helps you prepare for everything. Honestly, it’s like meditation. It just allows anything that is coming at you throughout the day to be kind of doable,” Jennifer explains. She also spoke about how yoga helped her get into shape and that her body and her eating habits were different earlier. She said: “We were a lot rounder. We ate terribly. We did that, and then we sort of grew up a little bit more and we got jobs. Yoga strengthens my muscles and gives me a great sense of peace and calm. However, the actress still allows herself some occasional treats. “Cheat days for me are usually … it’s either Mexican food … maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation,” the 44-year-old said.
