Demi Lovato feels body confident thanks to Kim Kardashian
Speaking to the new issue of W magazine, Jennifer Lawrence explains the reason behind her famous fall at the Oscars.
She tripped on her gown and stumbled on the stairs as she made her way to accept the Best Actress prize and now she has revealed it was because she was thinking about cake.
”I was at the Oscars, waiting to hear if my name was called, and I kept thinking, Cakewalk, cakewalk, cakewalk,” Jennifer said.
”I thought, Why is ‘cakewalk’ stuck in my head? And then, as I started to walk up the stairs and the fabric from my dress tucked under my feet, I realized my stylist had told me, ‘Kick, walk, kick, walk.’ You are supposed to 
kick the dress out while you walk, and I totally forgot because I was thinking about cake! And that’s why I fell.”
The actress previously admitted the Oscars incident has affected her confidence at red carpet events.
She said: ”I get so nervous before going down red carpets -particularly after that fall at the Oscars. I’ve tripped at least a couple of other times, too. I had to walk down the stairs at the wedding of my older brother recently and thought, ‘I cannot fall again. I just can’t.”
Poor Jenny! Such a confusion! Well, this happens to people, especially when you wear thins long, uncomfortable evening dresses that are floor log and even those long tails. This all prevents you from moving normally and you have to walk the stairs, kick it, walk, smile do not look your feet, but everyone, smiling, to say nothing of the emotions when you hear you have won Oscar. I can only imagine how Jennifer felt after this and how uncomfortable she was after walking the red carpet. Still, she is a very young, successful and very promising actress, who has become so famous so fast and at such a young age and even won the best award in cinematography.
