Turning thirty was a big deal for Jessica Alba and she admits it was quite hard for her, especially since she was pregnant at the time and couldn’t celebrate the way she wanted.

She told Britain’s Marie Claire magazine: ”I was pretty p***** off. I don’t know why it was so hard, it just was. I was pregnant with Haven first of all, and I really wanted to party like a rock star. I didn’t even know I cared about my twenties until I turned 30.”

However, being in her thirties turned out to be better than Jessica thought and she even now feels more attractive.

She explained: ”I feel like I look better now. I think I came into my own physically in my thirties, even when I’d had kids. I’m actually smaller now because everything kind of hangs off differently. But I feel more like a woman, with not such a girl face. I had such chubby cheeks.”

The Sin City star has been married to Cash Warren for six years and they have two daughters together.

Speaking about her husband, she said: ”Immediately we felt like really close friends. I don’t know if that translates into being swept off your feet, as it wasn’t really that; it was more, ‘I’m going to be with this person for the rest of my life because he feels like family already.’ And that was even before we started dating.”
