Justin Bieber won’t be facing any charges after an incident in which a woman accused him of trying to steal her cell phone last month.

Prosecutors rejected the allegations because there wasn’t enough evidence to back up the claims, according to Los Angeles city attorney spokesman.

The woman, who accused the singer of the theft, claimed that she was at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park in Los Angeles with her daughter when she saw Bieber playing mini-golf and took pictures of him. The singer noticed that and allegedly tried to snatch the cell phone off her.
