Chris O'Dowd never returns borrowed designer suits
In an interview with GQ Magazine, Kevin Spacey talks about his work and admits that even though he is proud of all his past work, he became a bit “depressed” when he realized that famous director Woody Allen had no interest in casting him for any upcoming projects.
The actor would like to work with Allen so much he even wrote to him and sent him a Netflix subscription so he could watch him on House of Cards.
He says: “If an actor wants a role or wants to work with somebody, then you do everything within reason to try to get that role… If they want you to come and tap-dance in their hallway, you tap-dance in their hallway. I wrote Allen a letter and introduced myself as an actor he may or may not 
know. And I sent him a Netflix subscription, because I want him to watch my work.”
It turns out that this was the right move. Woody Allen actually used the free subscription to watch the online-streaming series and he made it clear he would consider Spacey for his future films.
“I may write to Martin Scorsese next,” the American Beauty star joked.
Kevin did a right move! If you want to achieve anything in this life, you need to act and be proactive, offering yourself to the people you want to use your services or whom you want to notice you. It doesn’t matter how popular or not you have become, this refers to us. Commercial is the best ‘mover’ of sales. Kevin Spacey did the right advertising, that is!
