Joan Rivers still in coma
As Us Weekly reports, Miley Cyrus was the victim of a home burglary shortly before her birthday.
Her house was burglarized on Friday, November 22 afternoon, one day before she turned 21.
The burglary was reported around 4:30 p.m. (7:30 p.m. ET) Friday at a residence in Studio City, according to Los Angeles police Officer Rosario Herrera. The homeowner told investigators that some personal items were taken.
Authorities found no evidence of a forced entry, nor were any suspects seen at the property, Herrera said. Police didn’t want to name the homeowner but they did provide an address of a residence that is known as belonging to Cyrus.
“She’s extremely upset and a lot of personal items were stolen,” a source told Us Weekly. “She’s really shaken up about the whole thing.”
According to TMZ, jewelry was taken from the property. Police are currently investigating the crime.
