The singer earned first place as worst-dressed person for the nude latex two-piece she wore at the MTV VMAs.

Anne Hathaway came in third place, with magazine editors citing the pale pink Prada dress she wore to this year’s Oscars ceremony as her main fashion crime.
However, Miley also landed the number six spot on Time’s best-dressed list for the green Marc Jacobs gown she wore to the 2013 FGI Night of Stars gala.
I do not know what has happened with Miley Cirus lately. She has become wild crazy., her nude latex two-piece costume is even hard to be called a costume she looked almost naked during her concert. The costume alone was not as bad as was Miley’s behavior on stage, her wild sexually prompting moves, tongue out making wild circles and licking all make up from her face – this was simply low class, bad taste and DISGUSTING!
