It can be heard these days that Milla Jovovich might play the female lead in the third sequel of Sylvester Stallone‘s Expendables franchise. If the rumor is true, Milla will be the first woman to play the lead in the hit franchise, since all the lead parts have previously been played by men.

Stallone said in March that he was hoping to find a female lead. He wrote on Twitter: ” Writing EX3 at the moment… EX3 needs NEW blood and more humor…..By young I mean 22 to 27. Not big bruisers but tech wizard, super brains and a young woman who is not a love symbol but funny ,tough, REAL.”
