After his split from Miranda Kerr, Orlando Bloom has decided to treat himself with a cozy bachelor pad in Tribeca, New York City.

The actor shelled out $4.875 million for a three-bedroom apartment in the historic 1882 building at 155 Franklin Street. It is the same building where Taylor Swift lives.

A source told the New York Post that Bloom was pleased when his offer was accepted, as he fell in love with the cast-iron columns, exposed brick walls, open chef’s kitchen and wood-beamed ceilings in the property.

The actor recently sold his home in Hollywood Hills, the one that he shared with Kerr, for $3.9 million.
