Preparing for the role as an ill teenager in her new movie The Fault in Our Stars, Shailene Woodley had to lose weight and she seems very happy about it.
Even though her breasts got smaller, the 22-year-old actress is quite content with her body right now.
She told InStyle magazine: ”I’m in a place where I feel healthier than I’ve ever been, and my body is exactly where it wants to be. I feel like I’m a woman. My boobs shrank. No one tells you that when you lose weight. No bra, no problem!”
Shailene also says that the movie, in which she plays a teenage cancer patient, has really affected her perspective on life.
”It changed my whole life and put things in perspective,” she explained. ”I realized I was good at being outwardly positive because that’s how I am by nature. But internally? I was so mean to myself.
”Realizing I needed to make a shift was a big moment for me. ‘F**k you, insecurity. F**k you, lack of confidence!’ When I finally realized I have to live life for myself and not for anyone else is when I started being more generous and kind and grateful. I was able to give back more.”
Why to cry over spilled milk? When we lose weight our measurements get smaller including the breasts. This is a natural thing. It would be cool, if we could control the changes of our bodies for the best then we wouldn’t need any plastic surgeries, treatments and everyone would look great. Small breast is not a big problem. Sexiness is still in the eyes.)
