For the Million Dollar Baby star, having an extravagant home isn’t the most important thing in life. She values comfort above anything. Hilary Swank’s apartment, located in the heart of New York, is a very practical space with an area of merely 1,400 square feet, which she furnishes with chic and modernly classic furniture.
With a reported net worth of $18 million, Ricci could be living pretty large. Instead, she bought a single story 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom bungalow in Los Feliz for approximately $1.5 million. However, Ricci put the 1,891 square foot bungalow on the market recently, so time will tell if she upgrades.

I think it is all bul***t, of course they spend a lot of money, on houses, apartments and vacations, but they will not list it here, as it is a tradition in Hollywood, the more “different” you are from the other actors or actresses, the more popular you feel, which is not quite truth. But the thing that outraged me most of all, was the fact that Leonardo DiCaprio has a modest lifestyle, are you kidding me? The actor who is dating only the world’s greatest top models will live in modest conditions? No way. He lives in a Penthouse, and besides owning a few houses, he also owns an island of his own, there in the future he plans to build a hotel, for people who would come there in order to take care of their health, and this is the information that he says quite a lot in the interviews.
Well what can I say about Hillary Swank, due to the fact that she is not the most simpatico girl in the world, I am sure that she doesn’t have a lot of admirers or a man in her life. I guess this is exactly the classic situation where the money is not being very helpful, so of course she doesn’t even need some huge apartment. I mean what for? Whom she will impress while living in it? Of course no one, as there isn’t anyone by her side. So in her situation the best thing is to dedicate herself to the work stuff and charity events, this way maybe one day she will meet a man who would be into it as well, and this way he will be able to see her inner beauty instead of the physical one.
Well, Emma Watson, I think it is time for you to get out of your Hermione Granger image and start living with the life a teenager girl deserves to have. I mean it is not enough being smart, it is also very important to take proper care of yourself, and by saying that I mean that a girl being twenty with something years old is supposed to have fun, and to take all the things life can possibly give, as later it will be too late already, there will be a husband, family, children who will constantly need her attention, love and support, and in that moment she will realize that she never lived even a tiny little bit for herself.
