Graduates from the Joanne Baron/D.W. Brown Studio in Malibu, California, had an unforgettable ceremony thanks to Tom Cruise who appeared unannounced and gave them an inspiring speech that included some funny stories from his career.

A source said: ”It was so much more than a lecture about what to do in an audition. He said that when you do finally get the chance of being in a movie, don’t spend your time in the trailer. He said you need to experience everything on the movie; talk to everyone on the crew. Learn everything you can. He talked about trying to be as prepared as possible, and that you can only depend on yourself.”
