People close to Zac Efron fear that he might be on the wrong path again.
After the incident he was involved in in Los Angeles Skid Row district last Sunday, Efron’s friends are worried he is doing drugs again, TMZ reports.
Skid Row district is notorious for the drug dealers who do business there and the actor and his bodyguard were reportedly involved in a fight with three other men in the area. According to the police, Zac and his bodyguard went out to get some sushi but pulled over because their car ran out of gas.
The actor claimed as they were sitting in their car and waiting for a tow truck, he threw a bottle out of the window and it smashed near the alleged attackers. Efron said three men confronted them and attacked the bodyguard and that he himself was punched in the face when he tried to help.
However, his friends believe that the High School Musical star is back on drugs.
A source told TMZ.com: ”Zac’s a loner. He goes out rarely and the idea of him driving for miles to go to some sushi restaurant in downtown L.A. after midnight is preposterous.”
The source also claims that the man who was with Zac that night isn’t his bodyguard but a convicted drug dealer.
