We all know the feeling when someone is about to turn 16. That moment in life is specially important, like a line between being a child and being an adult. And every person wants for that birthday to be the perfect one. Main character of this movie is in the exact same situation. Her name is Abby Jensen (Debby Ryan). She is ready to celebrate her birthday in great style. From the morning, her best friend Jay Kepler (Jean-Luc Bilodeau) is by her side. As she wishes for lots of things, she gets a package delivery. When she opens it, there are 16 candles, for each wish, and they will all come true. Soon, the wishes from her sweet 16 birthday wish list start all coming true. From cool car over to amazing clothes, to being the most popular girl in school. Just when she thinks that she has it all, there is lots of more wishes to be wished for. And everything she wishes for stays permanent, but the chance for making all 16 wishes come true is until midnight. So, her wishes become a bit reckless and put her into the position she never wanted to be. It is before midnight of her birthday that she realizes that she already had what she wanted the most, but didn't know. Will she make a wish to give it all back?
