Here is yet another great story about the U.S. - Viet Nam War in which we are following Captain Willard in his mission to protect the U.S. and its interests.
The story is about an experienced soldier and an operative Captain Benjamin Willard who has been withdrawn from a drunken state. He needs to accept the most daring mission of them all, which he does obviously. There is one goal on his mind – to travel to the Nyugn river and kill a Green Beret Colonel named Kurtz. This Colonel is deep in the jungle and it will not be easy for the soldier to find him but there is nothing to stop him on his way since he is more than ready to do whatever it takes in order to complete the mission.
Did we mention that he is insane and that it is one of the additional reasons for him to kill him, but it is also making it much more difficult to do it. While giving his best to accomplish the mission the best way possible. Willard goes through the same hell that the Colonel has been through and that is why Apocalypse Now is going to keep you seated in your chair.
Director Francis Ford Coppola and writer John Milius are telling a great story and they are doing it more than effectively.
In Apocalypse Now you have a chance to see brilliant Marlon Brando, Martin Sheen, Robert Duvall...
