People would always show interest in religious themes. That’s why some movies have a good shot at becoming the classics of cinema. “Apostle Peter and the Last Supper” is a movie of this kind. This story tells us about a young guard Martinian who has to keep an eye on a very unusual prisoner. The prisoner claims that he’s no other than Apostle Peter who spent a lot of time with Jesus Christ. Peter feels that he doesn’t have much time and there’s something he wants to share with Martinian. The guard is very young and he has never thought about God. His acquaintance with Apostle Peter is not random – they met for some reason. Peter tells him all he knew about Jesus Christ and this way the young guard finds his own way to God. He learns that Jesus was an ordinary mortal man, but with such a pure soul and big heart that all the people saw divine light in him. Jesus was just too good for this mad and cruel world and in the end he was betrayed by his closes friend.
