Cavemen is a comedy written and directed by Herschel Faber, starring Chad Michael Murray, Alexis Knapp and Camilla Belle. Even tho this movie is a comedy, it has some elements of a drama. The story revolves around the lives of somewhat single and unemployed guys who live in a warehouse which has been converted to living quarters in the "Arts District" of Downtown Los Angeles, California. These guys are toiling adulthood and realities of love. One of them is a bachelor but becomes fascinated by love when he starts to write a screenplay about love. His idea of looking for love doesn't go well with his male friends. This movie is not a typical sex comedy, although it has some elements which can remind the viewer of similar movies. The cast is compromised of familiar actors and lots of young up and coming actors. The movie was made on a low budget, but that doesn't make it a bad movie, it is actually pretty good. There is some partial nudity and the production values are good. Director did an awesome job and so did the actors. If you are looking for a sex comedy with a bit of drama thrown in, then Cavemen might be the perfect choice.
