There aren't words enough to describe the feeling when you lose someone special to you. The pain that sticks around is sometimes unbearable. And sometimes you just don't want to let it go and don't want to admit it to yourself that you are left without the one you care about. The story of this particular movie revolves around feelings like that. Main character is Charlie St. Cloud (Zac Efron). He is a young boy, who is about to go to college. He has a couple of more months and his younger brother is really going to be missing him. Since their dad left when they were little, young Sam is pretty sad to see his brother going. Two of them get into a car accident and Sam dies. From that moment on, we get to see Charlie deal with his death as well as with the loss. First, he starts seeing him in the forest near by the place they used to hang out together, and as Charlie promised, they start practising throwing balls from the softball. And more he is in Sam's world, more he isolates himself from the others. One day, Charlie meets a gorgeous girl and falls for her. He starts spending some time with her and at one moment, he is forced to choose between staying with his brother in the woods or taking off with the girl of his dreams.
