The second part of the movie is continuing the story of the first one. The chromeskull is brought to the hospital where he gets a new face. But the maniac in this movie was also a special one, just like Freddie. You cannot kill him, and you cannot arrest him, there is an entire group of people who are connected to him.
The victim who survived in the first part of the movie was killed in the second part of it, this way a new main hero had to be replaced, and it became a girl who was getting blind. This way the chromeskull has many things in common with that girl.
The next part of the chromeskull has become not exactly what i was expecting from it, personally i, unlike all the other people who wrote reviews can say that i didn’t like this movie at all. The first part of it was much better. If talking about the quality of this movie, i can say that it is same as the original movie, same video and same filming! I think it is worth watching it, as the plot of the movie is a very good one!

Though i do not really admire this kind of genre of horror movies but i should admit that if comparing this movie to the first part of it released in 2009, this part is dozens of times better than the previous part of it!
I didn’t though that someone will ever want to film the sequel, but probably the creators of the movie have done a great job in order to correct the mistakes with the previous movie. the made up a interesting plot, due to which the second movie is not only in details continuing the first movie, but is also keeping the mood of it.I felt it right immediately i started watching the second part, and eventually i am very happy because of that! The captivity in the movie has become a few times stronger and some of the details in it are revealed much better, and i guess it is a great thing! There is more action, more great actors, and the movie is of a better quality, it is obvious that the budgeting of it was much higher. So huge recommend of this one!

I can say that the second part of this movie i liked much more than the first one. Though the atmosphere in it was much weaker, though there were less unlogic things in it , and finally my dream has come true! The main hero from the first part of this movie was finally killed! The only thing i was astonished about was the fact that it is so easy to kidnap a witness from the police department. The bad guy simply came and took him away.
This bloody hell was better than the first part due to a lot of things, like for example the special effects, and according to the plot! there are already two killers in it, so of course the quantity of dead bodies will be twice bigger! There was a lot of blood in it for sure. And i like the scene when the cops were killed! It was too fast, but still cool. My conclusion is no matter the fact it is much better than the first part, still it is very much away from being perfect. I loved absolutely everything about it except the subject.

The film is offers a lot more sense that the first part, gave the annoying protagonist, in the first, a medicine she deserves. This part represents even more iconic murders and is totally insane from this point of view. Laid to Rest 2 is a very well done sequel that transcends the first movie, with more blood and more entertainment value for the lovers of the genre.
