With the title that says Complience, you already can guess what the main plot is all about. But, that's not the only thing that's been going on in this movie. The plot for this movie was taken from real life events. It starts with getting to know the manager of a ChickWich chain restaurant (Ann Dowd). She starts her day early, giving her workers instructions and demanding that they work "by the book" on that day, because it's Friday. At one point she gets a call from a prankster (Pat Healy), saying that he is a police officer and has a lady over at the station, who says some of her employees had stolen some money. Blonde cashier (Dreama Walker) gets accused as the one who took the money and the manager gets her to the back room to check her pockets and everything, what the "police officer" tells her to do. As the story goes on, they do so many criminal activities, both the manager and some other people that get involved, so the real police comes over. This amazing story was adapted from a real life event. The screenplay was written Craig Zobel, who was also its director. The plot is interesting and captivating, so the viewers won't even notice that the movie is hour and a half long.
