For all the lovers of nasty and pretty sick horror movies, here is another one to make your mind go wild: "Contracted". Director Eric England had an unique vision of how one person, that's contracted with an unknown disease, should look like and he made it happen on screen during the making of this movie. This horror drama was released in November 2013.
Main character in this film is young Samantha, played by talented Najarra Townsend. After she gets drunk and drugged on at a home party of one of her friends, she meets a hot guy and gets involved into sexual intercourse with him. Already tomorrow, she not only realises that is was a mistake, but also starts vomiting and having bad condition. Throughout the movie we find out that she has been infected with up to now unknown disease and that medics have no idea how to cure it. During that time she slowly turns into a walking zombie and tries to cover everything up with her make up kit.
The main actress Najarra Townsend has shown a great acting talent, as well as her actor colleagues Caroline Williams, Alice Macdonald, Matt Mercer make this mind blowing story even more real with their amazing performances. One of the comments about this movie was: "If "Jaws" was the film that made people never want to go to water again, "Contracted" is the one that will make them think twice before having sex". So, fasten your seatbelts, here comes one of the nastiest horrors ever.
