People often think that it is the duty of the women to stay at home and take care of kids, which they mostly do. But, what is with guys? They mostly go to work and are responsible for bringing the food on the table. But, what do you think would happen if you would change their rolls? Could men take care of kids while women go to work? Of course they could! What's so hard about looking after a little person that only needs to eat and go to bathroom and play and eat again.. That is the thinking process that is going through the entire movie. After losing their jobs because the entire section has been cancelled in their company, Charlie Hinton (Eddie Murphy) and Phil (Jeff Garlin) become two stay at home dads. This causes further to get their sons out of the prestigious Chapman Academy, because they don't have the money to cover the expenses. One day, while being in the park with their kids, both of them come to the idea of opening a Daddy Day Care, a place for kids, where dads could bring them and two of them can earn a lot of money. But, as they open up and start with the business, they start seeing slowly that it isn't as easy as it seems. Taking care of one kid is hard, but taking care of dozen of them is crazy. Will these two dads figure their way out to have a good Daddy Day Care centre?
