A man that is cornered always has only few options. That's what this whole film is all about. It all starts after a drug dealer,Frank Connor (Kenny Johnson). After a foolish attempt in youth, Frank gets caught and arrested for drug dealing, convicted for his crimes. Serving his punishment wasn't an easy job and now he gets out of the prison after 22 year long sentence. This time, Frank tries to do everything clean and live his life outside of the box. Without cash, car or even a place to sleep, the only person he could talk to is his cousin Don (Rainn Wilson). In spite his wife's disapproval, Don lets him stay for a while. Very soon, Frank gets a reality check and sees just how hard it is to be an honest man in these times. At one point, he gets in contact with one of his old crime friends, Russ (David Marciano) and immediately gets a job offer. His part is to watch the door at a strip club. Through this job, he meets a gorgeous stripper named Helen (Erin Daniels) and falls for her. And once again, the owner of the strip club is a criminal Chris Pendler (Brad Dourif), who offers Frank to do some dirty work for a quick cash. Will he go astray again?
