Whenever you travel with a plane there is always a possibility that something might go wrong. That's why there is a lot of protocols that must be fulfilled. And that's what this movie is all about. The movie Flight has a pretty simple plot. Whip Whitaker is an airline pilot. During one of the flights, from Orlando to Atlanta, something goes terribly wrong and pilots start loosing control over the plane. After crashing the plane into a wast field, Whip saves almost all of his 102 passengers and ends up in the hospital. When he wakes up there is a lot of things waiting on him. At first he finds out that there is a lawyer waiting for him, because he is facing a trial. After that, he gets informed that the test results had shown that he had traces of cocaine and alcohol in his blood, which means he might just be facing a lifetime in prison for doing that. As the story goes on, we see Whip struggle with the media and the press, all eager to get to the answers first about what exactly happened on that flight. And throughout the whole time, Whip must stay clean, fighting his addiction, but it's not that simple. Will he be given a medal for saving all those lives or will he be sent to prison for life because of cocaine and alcohol? This Robert Zemeckis drama with Denzel Washington in main role is going to keep you hooked up to a chair.
