There are many types of comedies. Some of them are filmed with enormous budgets but they are not that funny. On the other hand there are low budget movies that make people laugh even they don't remember the movie. Holyman Undercover is a comedy with a low budget but with great ideas. David A. R. White wrote the story with help of Jill Gatsby, Sean Paul Murphy and Timothy Ratajczak. He also directed this movie and he played the leading character in it as well. In the centre of everything is an Amish played by David A. R. White. This Amish goes to Hollywood to find his uncle and to do some missionary work. During his time in Los Angeles he experiences many unrealistic and funny situations. Lack of his knowledge about the world makes many things easier. With different value system and motives he managed to do things that others are trying to do for many years. He got job to act the devil in one movie. This is school example of irony. With low budget and not so great camera job, it is really about the story. Story is unreal and it is done in style “Imagine what would happen if this happened”. It places an Amish in Hollywood and the rest is pure guess what would happen. Many unusual things would happen and probably majority would be funny. Holyman Undercover brings this to the extreme.
