I thought this would be a filler for a dull evening. Indeed, it was, but I was also surprised to find I really enjoyed it. I also had the chance to watch it on IMAX, so that made it just better. If you want to enjoy the time, then go see this one on IMAX. You will see some good acting and decent new actors. Give it a chance and I think this might be the next good "series" of movies you'll like. I say series because they left this one wide open to find numbers 5, and 7-9.

I will never forget the words in the movie that the worst thing for the main hero is running away. But currently it is the only thing he can do, while everything else is fiction. The plot of the movie is that a usual teenager John Smith in reality is one of the last survivors of same secret planet. John had to run and hide from all the enemies who were sent to kill him. He kept changing names by moving from one place to another with his uncle Henry. In different cities and schools John has always been a new person without past, but one day he found the place which he could call home, in a small Ohio city where he met his love. Now he has to reveal unique abilities that he has in order to face with ancient terrifying enemies of his own kind, three people before him were already killed, so now it was his turn or to die or to accept the challenge and survive, so I am happy that he have chosen the second option.

For me “I am number 4” is a completely unique movie, as it is about a superhero and at the same time not really. The main character lives nowadays, and leads a simple lifestyle. This movie is very much appealing to me also due to the fact that I am also a teenager like the main hero, and I also went through almost same situation with the family, I do not have any secret super abilities, but still it hurts me a lot as I went through the pain he did. Nevertheless I loved the movie, it was so wonderful, Alex is very hot, and seeing his body was a good thing. I should say that I probably enjoyed the movie so much due to him only. The only thing I do not really understand is why haven’t I see him in some other movies, I mean he plays so well, why isn’t he invited to play in other projects, or maybe he is, but he decided to concentrate on the other things beside a carrier in the cinema.

I think I will not focus now on the great potential of the movie “I am number 4”, I think there could be done some more in this movie. The main character John Smith, I have no idea why, but when I look at him I get the feeling that he is a superhero who could do more, but for some reasons didn’t. It is a good American blockbuster, which can take attention of something worrying, or entertain after a long working day, or on the weekend. Of course in the first place it is an intellectual movie, and its purity is more of a gain, than of a loss. I think the special effects are amazing, especially the tattoo in the water which started burning, mm I really loved that moment. Of course the acting cast is not the first class, but nevertheless they have done a great job, at the top of their abilities. The main character is charming, so no one could notice a superhero under the mask of charm.
