If you like the movies about a knight in shiny armour saving the lady and riding into the sunset with her, this is not one of those. Knight and Day is a romantic comedy that has lots of action elements as well as hilarious moments. It all starts with a young blonde woman called June Havens (Cameron Diaz), who is going in Boston to her cousin's wedding. Along the way, she bumps into a cute guy Roy Miller (Tom Cruise) on the airport, who helps her get aboard. As the story goes on, the audience gets to see her as she discovers that he is, in fact, a secret agent, who is trying to clear his name after he survived the last mission. He kills the pilots on the plane and the plane crashes. The next thing she knows is that she is home, she makes it to trying on bridesmaids dresses and everything is ok.. at least until the men in black suits come to pick her up, because they are suspecting she knows something or is some kind of a foreign spy. From that point on, everything starts going downhill for her. She finds herself in the middle of the raging shooting, various movie-like stunts without any experience in dealing with them. But, Roy is there every step of the way, whether she wanted it or not. Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz make an amazing acting couple and they make every movie hilarious and absolutely fantastic.
