Men’s infidelity in all its ridiculous and funny forms – isn’t it a great topic for a comedy? Jean and Gilles are looking for some adventures and they are ready to do almost anything in order to find them. It’s true, they’ve been through a lot: first they lived in a small hotel in suburbs; then they had to move to a clinic for sexually addicted people, afterwards they returned to their luxurious lives in a chic Paris night club and Las Vegas casinos. It seems as if they’ve seen it all – they’ve done all the mad things you couldn’t possibly imagine. Yet there is something they wish never stop doing – seducing more and more women. The movie has an interesting structure – it is divided into several episodes, each of them revealing some topics (men’s infidelity mostly). Each of these “infidelities” even has its own name. “Les infidels” shows how terrible the notion of infidelity is and what the reasons for that are. Mostly it’s boredom that makes our main characters relive one and the same scenario continuously.
