From talented writer Melissa Carter comes a pretty everyday story that is more than comical as well as totally ordinary. Movie Little Black Book is directed by Nick Hurran, who was the man behind the camera who made his vision come true. It all starts with a cute girl called Stacy (Brittany Murphy). She is a great and skilled worker in the studio that produces a talk show. And as she gets promoted on the business field, her love life isn't as great as she would want it to be. After meeting a great guy, Derek (Ron Livingston) and starting to date him and then live with him, she gets a bit suspicious after getting the information about one of the girls he used to go out with. And as he one day forgets his palm at home, she doesn't manage to control herself and gets her hands all over his business calendar, revealing lots of his ex-girlfriends still in his phone book, which only raises her suspicion. Why would he try to hide all of that? And that is the question that makes her want to investigate more about him, so she copies all the phone numbers from the contacts and sets off to meet them all. What she didn't expect is to be make some new friendships with some of those girls.
