What is the movie Mr. & Mrs. Smith about?
Have you ever watched the neighbours, how they behave while no one is around? Is there anything suspicious that you can spot about them? Well, no one ever does. Jane and John Smith (Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt) are one of those couples. Although they are pretty young, they look pretty normal and maybe even a bit boring. Each of them has a job, they are both successful and they don't have kids yet. It seems like there isn't a thing they don't know about each other. Except they are both professional killers. Her kitchen isn't kitchen at all, but weapon storage and his working basement is the same. Their meetings usually mean that they have a contract to fulfil. Since, they devote themselves completely to the business, their private life starts falling apart and they get distanced from each other. At one point, they are doomed to reveal even these secrets because their companies find out about them, and set them both up. They both get the same target, which usually means- eliminate the target and whoever is on your way. Finding out new things about your partner can be a bit shocking. In this case it was a pretty loose term. But, what the both companies didn't count on is that two of them might actually start working together against them.
