Audience likes to be tricked. Magicians had always fascinated people and had fame in the old times. Today, they still have their place in entertainment industry. Still these times are rough for illusionists in general. Only the best ones are impressive and about the rest we don’t care. “Now You See Me” is movie filled with illusions. Like any thriller about mysterious and impressive crimes it has to be filled with misleading clues. The movie has couple of aces up its sleeve. Legendary Michael Caine stars Arthur Dray. His vault got lighter for one hundred and forty million dollars. Next big name and even bigger voice starring in “Now You See Me” is Morgan Freeman acting Thaddeus Bradley. One of the illusionists, criminal, is Woody Harrelson. This three start setting standards on the set and the rest of the crew meets these standards. Group of four talented illusionists, who are calling themselves “Hour Horsemen”, rob banks while having live performance and give all the money to the public. When something is not possible to explain, it becomes mystical and spectators tend to believe in magic. Except the Arthur Dray. He demands retribution and forces pressure on authorities to expose this criminal group. Morgan Freeman explains : “The closer You think You are, the less You see”. If audience gets stunned by flashy special affects it won’t see missed thing in plot and screenplay. There is lack of mystery but amazing actors and outstanding effects manage to cover all misses.
