When a girl looses her job and needs a support, is there any place better than you own family? Yeah! After Stephanie Plum (Katherine Heigl) got fired from her last job, she needed, according to her family to: find a husband, a job,.. It's not exactly the support she was hoping for. But, she decides to find another job and bring her life back to normal. She found a job at Vincent Plum's bail bonds. What she didn't expect is, anything but normal. As she gets to file up various documents about persons who need to be caught, she comes upon Joe Morelli (Jason O'Mara). It seems that he skipped out of town and bail for catching this fish is 50 000 dollars, no matter if he's dead or alive. So, she buckles up and heads straight to a shooting practise, in order to be able to catch Joe and get some bail money. On the way of getting to this guy, she meets lots of new persons and gets to do some more cases along the way. This adventurous young lady is kicking asses, but she hasn't faced her worst nightmare yet. After she tracked Joe down, all she needs to do is to take him to prison. But, that's going to be another adventure on the road.
