Every divorce is hard, no matter how hard it was in marriage. Leaving everything behind seems like losing all the nice moments and all the memories you have. This movie revolves around a couple that is selling the house after their divorce, when something unexpected happens. The idea for this movie was written by Andrew Paquin, who also directed the movie. It starts off with getting to know a young couple- Alice (Rachel Blanchard) and Josh (Stephen Moyer), who are getting a divorce. Not seeing the point in staying in the house any more, they have decided to sell it. One of their friends Carl (Gabriel Olds), who is a real estate agent, offers to do a thing called open house, where the buyers can come and check it out. A couple that seems interested is eager to look through the house, but what they actually do is get the hosts captive and murder them. With Alice being the only one left alive, she struggles to get out of the basement, where the is imprisoned and get out of the house as far as she can. Along the way, she discovers that she has to play as if she is in love with the guy in order to get away from all of that.
