When a life gives you chance and you mess it up, you spend the rest of the days waiting for another one. After a lifetime of success in soccer, George (Gerard Butler) found himself broke, divorced, with no plan at all and pretty much sucking at being a dad. That is the moment when he decides to move to Virginia, in order to be closer to his boy as well as to his ex wife Stacie (Jessica Biel). As soccer is in his blood, he gets involved in coaching his sons team, which gets him the permanent position as their coach. That makes him turn the frown upside down, but as he gets more and more famous in this place, he also gets the attention of three moms and a pretty wealthy guy as well. Throughout the movie, we can see George trying to balance his private life and his life as a dad, but it doesn't always turn out right, And with his ex wife Stacie getting remarried, this is the moment to become a man.
