Personally i think that this movie itself, the international cooperation with world cinema stars and the commercial success as well as the well considered PR company for it - is a very important barrier which was won in the world of cinema in Lithuania. And i am sure this success will inspire the movie producers of other movies and movie genres to create a professional product that will demonstrate to the viewer the high class, and will give two hours of great and funny action movie!
For such small country as Lithuania the appearance of such film director as Emilis Welivis and of his very talented crew- is a very important event and inspiring example, which looks like a spot of white light in the dark tunnel of European cinema and art in general! I can say that i enjoyed watching it, and do not regret even a minute from the time that i spend on it, and i am very happy with the fact that maybe some time soon european cinema will become competitive enough with others this way the quality of the movies released afterwards would become even better than before that!

I think it is important to mention that this movie has production and postproduction, which is quite good. Here Velvis and his team have made a real revolution within the framework of Lithuania. For the creation of this movie in reality there were needed only three years. It was necessary to make efforts and work very hard for a lot of people in order to achieve the end result that they got. But it is a real great thing for them that in the titles the viewer would be able to see that almost all the people who worked upon it were originally from Lithuania, this way it is very well shown that those people can work professionally as well. In one of the interviews, the actor who performed one of the main characters mentioned that he stayed with positive impressions after watching it only, and he was quite surprised to see how well was everything organized. Not every movie in the world is made that great especially considering the fact it was lack of budgeting in it.

The genre of this movie is an indefinite one, because it has elements of criminal thriller, and comedy! I think that the movie producer is very talented he is very pleasant as a person but most of all i respect the professionalism of this person , as what he has done in this movie is simply fantastic! Work, work and once again work! Emilis, is reminding a young Guy Ritchie as they have a common style of filming, and i wouldn’t even be surprised if i would get to know that Guy Ritchie is the source of inspiration for this producer! As about the movie first of all i would like to say that it is too dark, and the atmosphere in it is very sad! I don’t think there are too many people in the world who would enjoy it. Personally i think it is the type of movie that makes you fall into a great depression!

I decided to leave the comment on this movie as the trailer makes really wrong impression about “Redirected”. To my mind this is one of those movies to watch with your friends on weekend night and simply have fun. The movie won’t do anything to you, just fun! It is rather funny and entertaining but I think only people from Eastern European countries can understand this kind of humor. My expectations were to see something more serious and I have to admit that some scenes are really stupid and unnecessary. In my opinion you wouldn't get involved in a lot of those situations staying in Lithuania. I give this movie 8 out of 10 because I laughed my ass off watching the COLOLO scene. I consider it turned out the best. Camera work and acting are great! “Redirected” is worth seeing , just don't expect anything too much. Just relax and enjoy it's craziness. Have fun!
