The movie is set in an isolated mountain hut in the Balkan Mountains, where a mysterious and shocking incident took place. Local policemen try to investigate the case and figure out what happened on that terrible evening in 1985. In fact “Roseville” is based on eyewitness accounts and clues found within the lonely cabin. Nadia and Vasil, the movie’s main characters, are a young couple who decided to spend their holiday in Roseville. As soon as they arrive there they meet the keeper George and his best friend Dora. Steven Court is also among those who join the gang; it is an old associate of George so he is highly welcome in this circle. The presence of Vasil has become the reason for unlocking a sequence of unexplained event that will put to test everyone’s sanity. Every member of this circle will have to face the horror of their darkest fears. They will experience the influence of and invisible force that wants to take over them, to control them, to make them do things. It lurks in the dark and quietly knocks on the door to their minds.
