At the very beginning of the movie we get to meet a fantastic NY writer Sam Baum who is portrayed by Josh Gad. He is a regular chubby guy with an amazing sense of humour and a great girl by his side, Sammy. She is played by Kristen Ruhlin. Now just imagine what kind of couple they would make. And you can see their chemistry already. After writing a script for a movie, where his main female role is totally inspired by his own girl, he asks her to be in that film. But, as his circle of friends gets wider and wider, this role gets to famous actress, Kim Powers, who is great looking and adored by millions of people. And she gets really interested in getting it as well. Should he pursue his career and give the role to hot actress? Or should he turn Kim down to hold his promise to his girlfriend,not hurting her feelings, but failing in his professional life? As the story goes on, we see tons of hilarious reactions and situations going around this lovable male character. Writer and director of this movie Rob Margolies has made a big success after it was released in September 2012. This film had already won millions of hearts all over the world, because the audience got to see how it's like for writers in the real world, with both good and bad moments.
