How to Treat a Celebrity You're Dating

What is the movie Showtime about?
Imagine Robert De Niro and Eddie Murphy working together as cops. Funny, right? That is only the beginning. Fromt he creative and talented mind of Jorge Saralegui comes a story about two cops, with totally different personalities, who are forced to work together because of the new cop TV reality show that is getting high on popularity. LAPD Detective Sergeant Mitch Preston (Robert De Niro) is a regular cop who only wants to do his job and doesn't care about cameras and reality shows. On the other hand LAPD Patrol Officer Trey Sellars (Eddie Murphy) works as a police officer just until he can get some really great role in the acting world and go that way. So, two of them get teamed up for the next reality TV show that will be more than hilarious, that is for sure. At first, they both suck because they are totally different, but as the time goes by, the watching ratio starts going higher and higher exactly because of their differences. The audience loves getting their daily dose of humour with them as well as the action and adrenalin rising situations they know are real for change. With an amazing crew in this movie, there is absolutely no doubt that everyone will laugh at their badly handled situations in front of the camera.
