At the very beginning of the movie we get to meet a young teenage boy James Sveck, who is spending his last summer before going to college with his grandma. He prefers having his solitude and is one of those persons who think that world is a better place in the morning, because everyone is still connected to their dreams. During his life in a totally dysfunctional family, where his mother gets remarried all the time, his father is obsessed with plastic surgeries and his sister is writing memoires, and thinking only what is it going to look like, James has no idea how exactly to live his life. After his mother comes back from yet another honey moon, she recommends him a so called "life coash". She is a young woman, who is played by Lucy Liu, and is there to guide James through his problems. We get to peek into James' life during his therapy sessions with his life coach and that is the only way we get to hear anything about him, because he doesn't like to talk much. This drama was directed by Roberto Faenza and is based on the novel by Peter Cameron. It is perfect for lazy afternoon days, where you can just sit back and enjoy in the movie both alone or with someone else.
