This might be one of the old movies, but it still manages to catch the attention of the viewers. It is a blood rushing and pressure lifting action movie that is going to make anyone sit like glued to the chair while watching it. Every moment in it is tense in the most amazing way and you can almost see yourself in all those situations. Main characters are one LAPD swat team cop, Officer Jack Traven (Keanu Reeves) and and everyday girl Annie Porter (Sandra Bullock). After the swat team receives a distress call that one bus has been tampered with and there is a bomb on it, put by Howard Payne (Dennis Hopper), one of the eccentric ex-cops, Jack is to play the game of cat and mouse with him. The whole point is in not slowing down under 50 mph, which is a pretty high request since they find themselves in the middle of LA. There is a lot of traffic, jams all the time and lots of people on the streets. The whole pressure raising adventure begins as Annie gets onto the bus and Jack manages to get on it, without making it stop. Then, passengers inside get notified that there is a bomb attached to the bus. Now, Jack and Annie must work together in order to keep the rest of the passengers alive and well, while trying to get them off of the bus somehow.
