What is the movie Stanley Kubrick's A Clockwork Orange about?
It is amazing how easy it is for Stanley Kubrick to direct movies and make them super popular. That is the case with A Clockwork Orange. The movie brings up to the future in which we have a chance to follow Alex in his adventures as a leader of the gang. They are ultra violent, very often including sexual components and they don't care about their victims at all. They are using drug all day long, Alex loves music, and it is interesting that is a big fond of Beethoven. The thing is that he listens to his music while committing crime and that is one of the interesting aspects of the A Clockwork Orange movie. The leaders of the gang have been aware of the fact that he is committing all those crimes, but they haven't been able to catch him while doing it. After assaulting an older woman, Alex gets arrested, but the good thing for him is that there is new rehabilitation program that he can join. After two weeks, they let him go, but what Alex wasn't thinking about is how he will act after the therapy and how others will communicate with him in the future. Malcolm McDowell, Adrienne Corri, Aubbrey Morris, Steven Berkoff and other great actors are in the center of attention during the A Clockwork Orange movie.

A perfect movie on the perfect book! I did both: read a book and watched the movie. What can I say, I like both! Though the film doesn’t follow the book exactly, but, hey this is the director and script writer’s work and creativity. The character of Anthony Burgess was rendered very well with all his wicked mind and unhealthy psychic, inner complexes and problems. Through the movie is full of violence, cruelty and blood, it is just as good as it should be, IMHO!
