The SG1 team is on the move again. Now they have a new mission and that is to find the ancient ark, that should help them defeat the people called Ori. It all begins as Daniel Jackson (Michael Shanks) believes that the visions which old sorcerer Merlin from the legends had weren't so legends at all. So, he tries and discover the information these visions have in order to get the exact location of the Ark of Truth. What does Ark of Truth exactly does? According to the visions and the writings left behind, it manages to simply pore truth into someone's mind. Since the people called Alteran believe in the right of a person to have it's own free will to decide, they refused to use it against the Ori, because it is against their nature. They know that Ori might use their weapons and wiping out the entire planets, they still don't break their rules. And as Vala's husband Tomin manages to escape the imprisonment from Ori, he comes to SG team and tells them all about it. Now, SG team must first find the Ark and then use it on Priors to make them realize that the crusade they are leading has no gain.
