Every Step up movie is somehow connected with the next one. In the first part, we got to meet hot couple Tyler Gage and Nora. Although different worlds, two of them find a connection. In the sequel to that, we met rebellious Andie, who is Tylers neighbour friend and her boy from MSA Blake, as they form a street battle crew. Here is the second sequel, third Step up movie in a row that tells the story what happens with one of the crew members, called Moose when he gets to college. It's New York City and Moose is new around there. As he and his cute friend Camille walk through the park and Moose accidentally starts a battle with someone from "Samurai" clan. A guy named Luke is there and helps him out, then takes him to his crib. There, he meets lots of other dancers and joins the team called "Pirates". With a dirty trick up his sleeve, the leader of Samurai tricks Luke with his gorgeous sister into thinking that she is one of them, when, in fact, she is there to steal their secrets and dance moves. That's how he prepares for the great upcoming battle between these two clans. At first disappointed in the girl he fell in love for, Luke starts giving up on everything and the highlight is when they get thrown out of their crib because of the unpaid bills and rent. Putting the pieces together after a while, the crew gets formed again and they decide to kick some ass in the clan battles.
